Pros

Great compensation package. They constantly feed you.

Cons

They literally steal money from people who cancel their accounts. I've been directed to call into question the integrity of first responders who want to cancel. These people are ghouls.

Not family oriented

Pros

Pros are there's a lot of opportunities to make a lot of money. But paychecks greatly vary from only hourly pay $16/hr to hourly pay with commission.

Cons

Downsides would be not family oriented. You only get 6 days a year to call in sick, if you go over you're fired. Which is difficult for parents who have kids in school. They prefer to only have employees for a couple years before starting over with new employees so they will find a reason to let you go. Medical benefits are the worst I've ever had with any other job. High payments and low coverage.
