      Pros

      **** Great Opportunity to move to different departments for career path now that "Internal Transfers" go through HR instead of Coaches and Management. **** Shift bids according to performance **** Management becoming more receptive to employee initiative for ideas.

      Cons

      **** Shift bids according to performance **** Management has a long way to go to be fully receptive to employee ideas and input **** Too much emphases on time vs quality. I.E. using the avaerage of agents handle time that have a high call back rate.

      Pros

      As a technician, it is good pay. Have three days off(although there are rumors that might change).

      Cons

      Their way or the highway mentality of management. They seem to think very house is exactly the same therefore every install should be the same. You get blamed for things that are out of your control. Because of that you lose incentive money. Long hours. When you get home, all you have time to do is eat and then go to sleep. Managements response is, "you're getting paid per hour, so just do it." "It is what it is." Upper management just cares about the numbers. Benefits are horrible and expensive.

      Pros

      There is plenty of opportunity if one has the right attitude and energy. The corporate culture is improving rapidly. Joe Clayton has brought fresh energy and a positive attitude. Upper Management has clearly heard the concerns and is responding; the new LEAD program is generating a lot of excitement around leadership development. Dish has a lot of very passionate people. I am confident that my boss really wants to see me succeed, both personally and professionally. I know that my input is valued and my opinions are respected.

      Cons

      It would be nice if we had a big enough facility to have a dedicated desk for every agent.
