Bosses track everything (surfing habits, bathroom breaks, scan card in and out to track time)

Job threatened almost every other day, when sent to class expected to share room with strangers, management talks down to employees, messed up on hours worked more than once, pay per hour should be more, management implys that techs are overpaid, benefits not great, everyone gossips techs to management and managment to techs, audits r done to often (after a 11 hour day and getting stung by a bee...do I really need to wait an hour for a tool audit?) deduct your pay anytime uyou need new tools, techs either quit or are fired so often its crazy, techs "expected" to work of the clock in order to meet matrix goals
