      Pros

      Higher than average salary, so turnover isn't quite as high as it is at many other call centers. No overnight shifts. Free programming. Good bonus incentives and contests.

      Cons

      Don't care about their employees. If you ever take FMLA they will do whatever they can to fire you. Terrible medical and dental insurance. Frequently will add a mandatory overtime on a sixth day with very little (a day or less) notice. Workstations are not ergonomic and are very uncomfortable.

      They entice potential employees with magnificent bonuses, but before awarded, supervisors find reason to deny bonus.

      Pros

      I can't think of one. Every time you show up for work, you can expect to be degraded. Supervisors, and management, are lazy, find ways to demote, fire, not pay or deny time off.

      Cons

      Everything is a con, including the lack of cleanliness of the bathrooms. They expect a one-call solution but that solution in 3 minutes or less. No after call work is allowed, as employees are expected to take call after call after call. Any followup work on an account, or learning Dish updates, are to be done on employee's personal time. Plus, they shave time off an employees time worked. It is the worst place I've ever worked.

      Pros

      My peers...not including supervisors or middle/upper management who don't really care about the employees.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime....16 hours a week. Condesension... lies and pressure to meet goals only a few people can hit. The place is a revolving door..which call centers usually are...but Dish takes the cake because of the lies they tell and their non respect for their employees.
