Pros
- Some management are talented and educated and you could learn something from them, but they tend to leave sooner than later - A lot of good people to work with - Learn about an exciting industry - Lots of challenging work - Forced to work long hours so you don't have to spend time with your family (if you don't like them) - Horrible benefits (No need to go to the doctor if you can't afford it)
Cons
- Badge reports, fingerprint scanning and exaggerated policing making you feel like you're in grade school having to report at the principal's office if you're 2 minutes late. - Low pay, no recognition, and so much red tape to make the simplest decision it is ridiculous. - The company culture breeds following orders, brown nosing, and throwing others under the buss in order to move up the latter. This doesn't mean all successful employees at the company do that, but is feels like that is the winning recipe for advancement.
