      Pros

      Leading edge in the technology sector, pushing boundaries and making sure the product is a worthy contender to client and competition alike, we should stop being a box shifter and add value

      Cons

      You can easily become "a number" and dont always trust those you report too as you can be let down when it affects you and your lifestyle.

      Pros

      Pay when the market is doing well. There are so many divisions anyone can find something they enjoy and transfer until they do. There is a lot of time off offered - if your manager doesn't make you feel guilty about it.

      Cons

      It's a very political environment - not much of the meritocracy they claim. They are currently slashing pay to decrease opex and most everyone (at least in sales) is looking elsewhere. The customer service is horrible and that seems to be okay with mgmt. Morale is very low at this point. Not the company it was 5 years ago.

      Pros

      Young culture. Cutting edge. People are proud to work there. Many opportunities to rotate within the finance department.

      Cons

      It's a grind. Can be long hours. I did not personally experience this, but I know others that do. Accomplishments are sometimes forgotten. Very competitive.
