I experienced the recruitment process at Devoteam NL as very pleasant and flexible. During the onboarding, you're provided with extensive information and the guidance you need to kick-start your traineeship. As someone who does not have an IT background, the DevOps traineeship is very well structured and provides you with the tools you need to successfully complete the pre-master in IT-related subjects. Devoteam is a company with a strong people-oriented culture, where the level of respect is not determined by your function, and where teamwork, transparency, and opportunities to grow (personally and professionally) comprise the very core of the company.
