Friendly, supportive and partly international team – people genuinely help one another. Most projects are for foreign clients, so the work feels global and varied. Company infrastructure (tools, hardware, benefits) is almost ideal for high productivity. Enjoys the resources of a larger company without the stifling “big‑corp” bureaucracy.

Cons

Open‑plan office: can be noisy and offers limited privacy or focus time. Saving just a few euros sometimes creates unnecessary friction.
