Pros

Devoteam offers career opportunities, vertically and horizontally. All employees have a diverse range of projects and new challenges, allowing for professional growth either within their roles or within the organization. This allows consultants to specialize in a particular technology and increase their seniority, or transition to a different role because they aspire to work in a different business area. This flexibility is what Devoteam enables. The opportunity to specialize in a particular technology is a distinguishing factor for everyone.

Cons

I don't have many cons to define. It's a large company with a great ambition for growth and positioning in the market, which makes every day a big challenge, but I don't see this as a con but rather as a pro.

Pretty simple and easy to access websites for treating company related stuff. It doesn´t waste your time with micro management of hours and stuff related.

Cons

Only has offices in Aveiro, Porto and Lisbon sadly.
