- Company driven to the people. There is an honnest focus on people management and training/learning for the people. - Clear career path, with definition of seniority clear for everyone. Salaries accordingly to the seniority. (seniority is not mapped by years of experience but by know-how on the technology). - The company works with many clients and projects, being easy to find the one for us or to get a new one once the previous comes to an end.

Cons

- It has become a "big company", meaning there are more processes and bureaucracy involved. - Could become more "modern" in some work conditions and benefits
