I am extremely satisfied with my experience at DevoTeam. The company offers competitive pay, but even more importantly, it provides a workplace that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and mutual support. The atmosphere is excellent, and the colleagues are highly skilled and always willing to help. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

Cons

Only people from other towns are able to have full remote work, but considering the great environment to work from, it is not something that is necessary negative.

It's true, I don't often write about Devoteam. And yet, I've worked there for a quarter of a century. The work I do has always been my dream. Between Devoteam and me, I think it's a beautiful story. Over these years, we've evolved, we've grown together. I've learned a lot, or rather, I've learned everything there. A few stressful moments in IT, but also moments of pleasure. A combination of emotions, always handled with great care. End of poem :-) The advantage of Devoteam is its lean management structure, which allows you to speak directly with the right people to answer your questions. It's a great place to work. Modern offices, friendly teams, and great perks like a company car or FMB, laptop, mobile phone, you can study and pass IT certifications, easy free parking (one small parking lot in the building plus a larger one 300 meters away), ...
