      Pros

      The company is a truly nice bunch of individuals, very skilled with different degrees of competence. The environment is stress free and blame culture free. Interaction with Sweden is a breath of fresh air from time to time, and internationalism / multiculturalism.

      Cons

      It’s a consultancy, so you will rotate to different projects. This is either a pro or a con, depending on what you are looking for.

      Pros

      Flexible start/end of work hours, locality (Prague 1), good team environment and size (about 40 employees in Prague), company is running on Google apps.

      Cons

      Not many promoted work opportunities along European branches, fulfillment of some of the company values is not always visible. Easy salary negotiation at the beginning but quite tough later on.
