      Pros

      -> If you get a client, a lot to learn and great opportunities ! -> Colleagues are fantastic ->No pressure

      Cons

      -> Salesman are not effective enough. This could make you stay in the bench for a long time which is, after a while, very frustrating. -> Their support for certification can be none existant if does not apply to their platform. -> Management needs to be better...Really -> Once at a client, can be a bit forgotten.

      At present, I find it challenging to identify any notable drawbacks within our company. However, continuous assessment and open communication channels are maintained to address any emerging concerns promptly.
