      - Multiple opportunities to choose from (The best part of being a consulting company) - HR/Admin are very considerate of your situation - tools/support to enhance your technical or soft skills - not a body shopping culture. Multiple events to bond with your colleagues (Usually this is lacking in consulting companies)

      Sometimes it is hard to get recognized, especially when working full-time for the client and not a consultancy itself.
