      Pros

      Everyone is nice to each other and if you need help with anything, there's always someone right by your side. Something that doesn't happen very often in work places. Great work-life balance, interesting projects and a decent salary.

      Cons

      So far, I don't see any cons of working there. The management is a bit chaotic sometimes but that doesn't affect me personally as a consultant.
