      - Very open and motivated for certifications. I insist for this point ! - Great mentality - Offers help and soft skills training - Tries to keep you connected (not always easy for a consultancy company)

      - Has all the cons of any consultant company... Not as extreme as others though! - Some department are still evolving (could be a bit messy or isolated) - Not always putting effort on the right people
