Medium liquid salary. Good managers that care about you. Nice projects to grow as a professional.

Cons

Low gross salary they can improve on this. An employee with 3 years' experience should not be receiving the same as an entry-level/trainee job in terms of gross salary. (There are some help costs that help on the liquid salary)
