Pros

I must commend the Human Capital team at Devoteam. They are undoubtedly the highlight of my time here. Their professionalism and maturity shine through in their well-designed recruitment and onboarding processes. Additionally, they go above and beyond in providing various employee benefits, which is a rare find in many organizations.

Cons

Note : my thoughts here are about Data and Integration Business Unit only not for the whole company. Unfortunately, my positive interactions with the Human Capital team were overshadowed by my daily experiences within the company. The lack of professionalism, ethics, and technical skills among some of my colleagues was disheartening. It's unfortunate that the good-natured individuals at Devoteam seem to be the exception rather than the rule. One of the most disconcerting aspects of working here is the constant power struggles and credit-grabbing among managers. Colleagues who talk the talk but fail to walk the walk are all too common. Gossip and backbiting are pervasive, and it often feels like a hostile work environment where colleagues are more interested in undermining each other than in achieving collective success. What's particularly frustrating is that despite my attempts to seek support or propose solutions to address these issues, the management has been disappointingly passive. Promises of action were made, but they were rarely followed through. It seems that the only time management takes action is when faced with customer escalations or significant business complaints. If you're a charismatic individual who excels at wordplay and can manipulate conversations to attract customers, you might find a place at Devoteam. However, if you're a technically skilled professional eager to contribute meaningfully to the company and use your experience to add value to the business, I would strongly advise you to explore other opportunities. In summary, my time at Devoteam has been characterized by a stark disconnect between the Human Capital team's professionalism and the less-than-ideal work environment created by some colleagues and ineffective management. Proceed with caution if you decide to join this company, and be prepared for a challenging experience.
