      Non-corporate spirit in a quite big organisation

      Pros

      Entrepreneurship or even sometimes start-up spirit backed up by a strong brand in Service Management. If you see something not ideal or wrong, you can change it or even lead the change. Very friendly environment Almost no line management, a culture of "Mentors and Mentoring"

      Sometimes too much agile :) Fast growing with some signs of a fast-growing company

      - Clear and honest communication - Flexible working - Healthy work/life balance - Open to new ideas - Access to management i.e. change can come about rather quickly - Brilliant training plan - Central location - Excellent social events!

      Cons

      If you are used to working at large organisations it may be hard going into an office where there are no more than 10 people in.
