Pros
Great direction from management and exciting time as the company is massively growing in the UK. Starting to see a real change in diversity as well and a clear push towards fresh young tech talent in the market to add to the experience that's already there which is refreshing. Great work like balance where everyone is treated like adults and the people have a say in how the business is being pushed forward
Cons
Not too many so far possibly that sometimes you don't see a lot of people due to it being a hot desking environment
