      Pros

      Devoteam in Belgium is a very human employer. The salary package is good on the market but the human approach and culture is an extra. Their is a lot of diversity of people (age, nationality, religion, education...) working together in a horizontal structure with respect for everyone at every level. The also starts initiatives to solve remarks and to improve the service to the employees.

      Cons

      Devoteam in Belgium is not the biggest company and will not always find directly your desired job. This could sometimes be demotivating. A lot of jobs are body shopping with the danger that you loose the connection with Devoteam but HR recently started with visiting the consultants at the customers. Growth within Devoteam is possible but you have to take initiative to ask (demand) for it. Do not sit, wait and complaint.
