The flexibility of the organisation as a whole and the autonomy that we are given locally means that while we have a corporate strategy that we are all striving for, we are also able to build our business plans with local economy factors and competitive landscape in mind. The Senior Management Team are fully accessible at all times and are active in supporting the local teams in making our customers successful. A great variety of areas to be able work in and the Employee Value Proposition is an excellent initiative demonstrating investment in its staff

Very flat org structure, Everyone is very friendly and open to talk to, You are given enough rope to hang yourself, i.e. the job is what you make of it. Devoteam in Prague is still quite small but professional team with very friendly and open atmosphere (both colleagues & leadership). Another pro is that the org structure is not based on standard line management but rather based on mentorship and uncleship.

Cons

As other customer service companies the work content is highly dependent on customer contracts and deliveries.
