International organization and projects that span over multiple countries, so lots to learn. Multiple global tech partnerships and niche focus per partnership. The people in the tech pillars are knowledgeable and often share their experiences in the communities so everyone can benefit.

Cons

Due to the market they're in, there are many changes to keep it agile. So you need to be able to deal with that.
