      - Managers that genuinely care about your well-being. - Great company culture with lots of fun events and high focus on competence development. - In-house consulting for the majority of projects. Work takes place in the Devoteam office and consultants rarely get sent on projects alone.

      Cons

      - Not clear how the acquisition by Devoteam will affect the organization. So far it hasn't affected the day to day work but I would assume that the culture will be affected in time.
