Pros
Managers will contact you with a lot of projects. You decide which one you prefer. They try to their best help the employee. I had to change a clause in my contract for legal reasons (I was buying a house) and that was done pretty easily.
Cons
Low gross salary, pay has some allowances to grant the employee the net pay they want. They just hire you, your day-to-day tasks will be with the client and you can be lucky or not. I don't think they choose their clients, I was in a big client but with a very outdated tech stack.
