      Due to low bureaucracy, sometimes things depends too much on people rather relying on a process, which is great most of the time, but depending on who is responsible for solving your inquire, might not be so great

      They want you to feel part of the company, and they really put effort into that. When you discuss your salary with them, the values may look confusing, but in the end is all correct, they pay everything that they promissed!
