      Pros

      Really great place to work. HR and sales are ready to help all the time and easy to talk to. The company is more like a family even though we are nearly 100 consultants. Salary so far is the best I've seen in Luxembourg. Open source projects, training center, nice cars, free gas, lunch tickets, choose your own projects. It's a great place to work.

      Cons

      Management is usually pretty busy.

      + Friendly environment +no micromanagement +flexi hours

      Cons

      - no clear structure - ad hoc project without any deeper discussion regards to experience - lack of proper project management
