- Malmö office has a kind and relaxed atmoshpere. - Lots of competent developers - Good focus on competence development (although this has decreased the last year)

Cons

- Feels like the quality of projects has gone down. The risk of sitting in a bad project without a team is greater than before. - The result of being acquired by Devoteam has been a demand for growth which has been detrimental. The average competence of a consultant working here has gone down. - Pretty low salaries for Sweden.

Annually salary review Certifications, as long as you are able to do it outside working ours.

Cons

Performance reviews are a joke, always the same grade, always the same salary increase every year. Salary subsidies are really shaddy. If the client wants you, devoteam will make it impossible for you to be transfered. Besides being the intety that transfers your salary in the end of the month, it just an annoying stone in the shoe.
