Pros
hard working hourly staff that is very friendly, they do all of the work and keep the hotel's business model alive
Cons
food and beverage managers are weak (excluding banquets), quick to leave the building, removed managers to save money i.e. no front desk, asst. banquet or housekeeping managers anymore, don't take suggestions from hourly staff and restaurant kitchen has been for over a year incapable of delivering one night w/o some sort of mistakes
