The founders are amazing, kind, brilliant, and amongst the hardest working people in the company. Duo's culture is interesting, very fluid and ever changing and flowing, the employees are genuine, kind and hardworking.
The people are what makes Duo different from anywhere else, the "no jerk" policy is critical in keeping Duo the best place on the planet to work.
These people work together as a unit. Always teaching, learning, growing, building, inventing, creating, inspiring, motivating, and changing the world each day as a team. I am very proud to be part of such an astounding group of people.
Cons
Not all members of the management team have the same vision or aspirations and goals for the future of the company as a whole.
Management can be quite sexist.
As a whole everyone (especially management and HR) is more focused on our rapid growth and less about their current employees.
