      Very good company but bad salary

      Pros

      Good ambient, no pressure, good relations without stress.

      Cons

      Even if you sale a lots, the variable part of the salary is never more than 15% of the basic. Good to start and learn, but your salary never increase sadly.

      Edicom gives you a full training and they treat the employees very well in their Headquarters in Valencia.

      The NY office is not well structured, and it requires a lot of attention.

      - Not too much or clear opportunities to develop a professional career. - You can spend your life in the same position, despite having a great performance.
