      Balanced work-life without career opportunities

      Pros

      + Good schedules 8 hours of work probably without working more time + Good payment at the beginning + Training at the beginning

      Cons

      + Little learning + Null career opportunities + Tedious work + Can't raise payment even staying for several years + Not good benefits (only law ones) + Unstable market, company could go down In future years + Not too much competition

      Pros

      Nice enviroment, really nice people working with you, helping you as much as possible. A good place to start a job in the EDI bussiness.

      Cons

      Human resources is a mess, you rely on a single person for more than 250 people and every conversation depends on her mood that day. Salaries are not exactly good after a few years. there's no real possibility to go up in the chain command because there is none. It's you, your boss and then the big boss, nothing more. They ask for as much languages as you can learn, but they pay the same if you know only 1 or 10.

      Pros

      They respect the hours scheduled for work. If you're a good worker and are very good prepared they can pay pretty good. The team is full of young people.

      Cons

      Poor human resource management, poor motivation. Basic fringe benefits. Most of the tools you will use will be provided by the company so there's no/little practice in technologies widely used.
