Pros

-Clients are mostly smart and professional. Expecting to learn a lot from various companies and different industries.

Cons

- Managers and some seniors seem to be less organized. Poor people culture around the firm. Seniors act like they own the world and treat the staff extremely bad. Very smart town feel so expect to hear about what happened to your grandma around the whole office if you had just told one person. - Less likely to be appreciated if your other team members are not efficient. The managers failed to recognize pro&cons of each individual.

Pros

Growing company, good culture. A lot of networks, big parties, travell is you want it. Good name to have on the cv.

Cons

Long hours, pay is poor, promotion is rigid, mislead by recruitment who will say anything to get you to sign up to the firm. If you are made an offer ensure you get everything in writting, including: the amount of time you can work from home, flexi time for picking up / dropping the kids off for school.

Pros

I have had a very good experience so far with EY. I work on the Performance Improvement area of advisory. Consulting really is what you make of it, and I have had the chance to select and shape the engagements that I have participated in. For me this was a great opportunity to network and take on new challenges. The support structure has been great for me, and I feel like I can reach out to anyone for assistance on any given problem that I have. My counselors and counseling family leaders have been really helpful in getting acclimated to EY and the overall culture of teaming is great.

Cons

I didn't realize how how much this becomes a sales job until I got into it. If you are good at selling and delivering good work, you will excel in this line of work.
