Pros

1. Good working environment 2. Good work-life balance 3. Hike is good (generally more than 10%) but joining salary is less. 4. Employees will be more familiar to business (Insurance Domain). 5. If candidate wants to go for less technical and more business specific carrier then this company is good to work on for long term.

Cons

1. Low joining salary (for freshers/experienced). 2. Some managers/TLs behavior is bad / narrow minded. Plays dirty politics. People who are close to them will get better chance (Onsite Opportunities, hike etc). 3. Work related issues are not handled properly. Ultimately employees have to bear all the responsibility. No back up from managers instead they will nail you down. 4. Only Guidewire project is there. Experienced Java people have to work on Guidewire. 5. Very minimal / no training on Guidewire for Java employees and employees have to manage with that. 6. Often employees reputation is carried into the next project since it is very small firm in IT advisory. 7. No sports activity for sports lovers.

Pros

There are many high performing individuals in this organization and they build a great supportive community. I love the group dynamics - many people are out there to help you succeed. The training program is enjoyable and really aimed at having you network. Teams are understanding to your situations and changing circumstances.

Cons

Work-life balance is a little skewed - as with any big auditing firm. It's not just a simple act of "going through the motions" - you must push yourself hard. That being said, this company is very much "what you put in you'll get out". Making a good brand for yourself is vital in your future opportunities and performance with the firm.

Pros

Pays well, great benefits. Some very friendly and helpful people. Talent level is high, if not utilized.

Cons

Reviews based on perception, very subjective. Life balance is only lip service, not really given.
