EY digital is a mess. They do not care about the quality of delivery. If you are someone who has pride in what you delivered, stay away from joining this group of baboons. The leadership only cares about the margin and do not care about how the delivery team suffers. Also, do not know how to bid for profit for the scope without letting the staff suffering. Just talk and no delivery. There is no inclusivity in hiring either. Just one race dominating from staff to partners. No work-life balance. Corporate says work-life balance. But, face to face meetings start at 6:30 pm recurring. There is not much of benefits to talk about. Insurance coverage (only for employee) is lower or equal to new SMEs in Singapore. All corporate benefits on sharepoints are not really useable in the stores. They are not wining any bid and they are downsizing now. And they will make it look like ‘you’ problem. That’s how sneaky they are. Besides, the pay-scale is lower compared to the other vendor environments. Hence, if you are coming from other vendor environment, you will have a couple of ranks up for few $$ raise with massive responsibilities. The one and only value is partner’s margin. That’s all. If you are a yes man to the boss, you might have some career opportunities. And you need to be their people too.
