Newcastle City Centre, Tyne and Wear The most toxic place to work, managers promoted on tenure whether they can do the job or not, no values, poor training, long hours, little or no training provided . The culture is shocking, bullying tactics are part of everyday life and it’s widely accepted, so many people leaving including the decent managers who just want to do a good job. Clients who have no idea how badly their contracts are being managed due to lack of training, it’s scary what is being hidden from them and the mistakes being made. So many people leaving it’s sad to see this company being run into the ground
