Pros

The experience you gain can't be matched elsewhere. It is an excellent resume builder. The benefits were very good. The opportunity to manage and lead is presented very early in your career here, which provides great experience.

Cons

The hours worked compared to the pay is embarassing. Somehow they convince you it is a great place to be and you are being rewarded fairly and no where else will compare. However, once you switch employers, you realize there are much better opportunities out there where you work fewer hours and get paid more. Hard quality work is not adequately recognized. Very high employee turnover.
