      Pros

      - New CTO is a breath of fresh air, and has empowered engineering as a whole vs. picking favorites - Tech stack is improving - Current and Future products are shaping up great, with people that care again

      Cons

      - People have moved on, and while some of that made more people happy than sad, they all at least cared about the job and knew where the bodies were buried. - Some teams are slow to adopt new tech, and also have to support multiple stacks... so that can be stressful.
