      Pros

      Co-workers are friendly and care about their job and most are committed to success.

      Cons

      No consistency in policies within the same department (IT). Definitely a clique environment amongst leadership - blatantly obvious - if you aren’t part of the clique you may as well give up making any type of advancement or get any type of recognition. Flexibility of schedule is determined by individual manager instead of one overall policy. Our jobs are basically the same so it’s not a matter of determining need by role.

      Pros

      People doing the work, Eden Prairie campus is beautiful and convenient, people have pride in their work, acceptance in diversity, flexibility in working schedules, HR leader tries really hard, Joe worked there.

      Cons

      Same people just go back and forth between leadership positions, if you are not part of an elite group of people forget about a promotion, IT, Ops is treated like 3rd class citizens from fps, pay is poor, Joe left.
