Yes, flexible work hours, but shouldn't all technology companies be flexible in this day and age?

Cons

Inept senior management. John Speers is a complete joke. He's successfully demoralized the entire company. The HR department continues to make flops and does little to keep key employees.

A few good people left trying to make a difference, staff that really care about the future of higher education.

Cons

John Speer, naive HR department, few top managers understand how to run a global company, pouring money into technology that needs to be completely rethought in terms of delivery methods and global appeal, not taking care of the most important asset of the company-it's people.
