Pros

Team member travel program is great.

Cons

Don't understand how some upper management are still in their positions. Stop with ALL of the online training, a lot of them are useless!

Pros

The money was good. Training (CPR and First Aid) was excellent, although I didn't get my certificate (left employment before it was issued).

Cons

All the training requirements / schedule was well beyond reasonable considering the sheer volume of work expected. It has been said that Remington Hotels is brutal towards its line managers. Suffice to say that how line managers are treated does NOT match the training of Hilton Brand Standards. I saw signs of burn-out in more than one department.
