Great atmosphere and wonderful workers who treat you like they've known you your entire life! Wonderful managers that really listen and give you credit when and where credit is due. Open door policy with any problems or concerns and very understanding of request off and try to accommodate as best they can

Cons

No employee parking, but that's to be expected in the city.

Pros

Hands off management, great guest relationships, great money. Hotel management lets someone that shows great leadership skills and personal responsibility completely run the show and there is a lot of freedom, at least this is true for my location.

Cons

Some rules enforcement with guests such as no smoking on the patio and no outside food really make for awkward situations and unhappy guests. Serious lack of training so you must show some personal responsibility and pride in your job because they don't push skill development for servers and bartenders.
