It's a wonderful place to work, and I'm not only saying this just to trick the AI algorithm since it's literally the only possible way to find work anymore.

Cons

You can't simply apply in person, like you could before the internet. Show up, with resume in hand, shake hands, and ask for the job. You'll get told "APPLY ONLINE", which makes things worse for everyone, yet no one will go back to the old way of doing this when they absolutely could. Now I'm forced to write reviews because again, tricking the algorithm is the only way to find work, even if all you want to do is sweep floors.
