No Training, Unreliable Coworkers and Management

Pros

Good pay compared to other hotels. Lobby is stunning. Coworkers are generally friendly.

Cons

We have none of everything. If you need towels, we don't have them. If you need ice, we don't have it. If you need a lobby that doesn't leak, we don't have it! There is barely any training involved and they love to just send you to the wolves. Everyone is stretched thin at this hotel.
