Pros

The benefits are amazing, travel opportunities are fabulous and you have plenty of opportunities to move up!

Cons

Some of the guests can be difficult but that comes with the territory. There aren't too many cons!

18 months of hell

Pros

The employee perks were great. When we were allowed to partake in them, it was nice.

Cons

Middle management not allowing employees their rights. Not allowing employees appropriate safety equipment, like gloves to clean a toilet. Not allowing employees to stay home when sick. Managers calling employees at home to yell and scream at them. Getting lectures and write-ups for incidents that occured on your off-time. Managers falsifying training documentation to corporate office. Managers putting employees down and insulting them for their economic status. No raises, awards, or appreciation, even with high positive customer feedback.
