Pros
Excellent Pay and fair accumulation of time off with pay (TOWP). Company Match 401k. (100% match to 5%).
Cons
Despite working a normal work week of 50 to 60 hours every week. No more than 40 hours of TOWP can be used for a payroll week. Health Insurance offered by Fluor is hands down the WORST COVERAGE I have ever had with ANY employer EVER.. (Most expensive premiums / The least coverage & the Highest deductibles.)
