Pros
Fluor has a great reputation in the industry and a great employer. They posses solid systems and tools to deliver to notch client experience.
Cons
while working there for nearly 10 years I did not come across any major cons. Of course, as with any company there are some personal issues, but usually dealt with if becomes a serious problem.
