Not good for learners. No technical sound work,repetative work. No inhouse projects only on workshare with other offices. Frequent layoff during slack period. No recognisation for your Hardwork/talent/skills. Recognisation/promotions purely on realtion with lead. Higher management is full from a single family& relatives
