Pros
Flour India do projects which are one of the most complex type. Example :- RELIANCE, TCO..... The management policies are employee friendly. Good pay structure. Insurance and other benefits are one of the best in market.
Cons
Deserving candidates are ignored if you don't fall in there comfort zone. You question them or be rational with few leads and you taste bitter taste during appraisal. To teach you a lesson you could be asked to report under juniors who have only qualification that they are close to few leads.
