Pros

They have a lot of benefits for employees and are always willing to listen to your ideas to improve safety/sales/etc.

Cons

Working on concrete all day is hard on the body. Weekly quotes are high and don’t allow for enough time to pull items and tidy up sections of the store.

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
